Account information — your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one.
Financial activity — deposits, contracts, distributions, referral earnings, withdrawal requests, and the blockchain addresses you deposit from and withdraw to.
Network position — the member who referred you and the members you refer.
Technical data — log data, IP address, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
We do not ask for, and do not want, the private keys or seed phrase of any wallet you control. Nobody legitimate will ever ask you for these.
To operate your account, run and record daily cycles, calculate and pay distributions, process withdrawals, provide support, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations where they apply.
Members of staff who need it in order to run the platform and answer your questions.
Members flagged as partners can see a read-only view of active contracts, which includes the account holder's name and the contract amount. It does not include email addresses, phone numbers or wallet addresses.
Your sponsor can see that you joined through them and the activity that generates their commission.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Transactions you make on a public blockchain are, by their nature, public and permanent. We cannot remove or alter them, and anyone can inspect them.
The Hub sends transactional email — address verification, password resets and account notices. Support is copied on this correspondence so that replies reach a person.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to the platform is restricted. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for the security of your own password and email account.
Account and financial records are retained for as long as the account exists and afterwards where we need them for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may ask us to correct your information, or to close your account, by writing to support (at) q9bot.com.
Some records must be retained after closure where the law requires it, and blockchain transactions cannot be deleted at all.
We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with the date it was last updated.
If anything here is unclear, ask us at support (at) q9bot.com before you fund an account rather than after.
Create your account, choose a term, and fund it when you're ready. Nothing starts earning until a deposit is confirmed.
