1. You can lose money

Trading event and prediction markets carries a high level of risk. Positions taken by the desk can and do lose. You may lose some, or all, of the capital you place with Q9BOT.

Only place capital you can afford to lose entirely without it affecting your circumstances.

2. There is no guaranteed return

Nothing on this website, in the Hub, or said by any member or representative constitutes a promise of a fixed, minimum or guaranteed rate of return.

A rate is decided for each daily cycle and applied to active contracts, subject to a ceiling set by the contract term. That ceiling is a maximum, not an expectation, and the rate may be lower — including zero.

If the desk makes no profit on a given day, no distribution is made to anyone: not to members, not to the referral network, and not to Q9BOT.

3. We hold your funds

This is a custodial arrangement. When you fund a contract you send USDT to an address controlled by Q9BOT. From that moment the funds are held by Q9BOT and are pooled for trading.

Deposits are not segregated client assets. They are not held on trust for you individually, and they are not covered by any deposit insurance, investor compensation scheme or similar protection.

You are exposed to our solvency and to our conduct. If the desk suffers severe losses, or ceases to operate, you may not recover your capital.

4. Your capital is committed

Capital placed in a contract is locked for the full term you selected and is returned at maturity, not on demand.

You may end a contract before its term, in which case a penalty is deducted from the capital returned. The penalty is shown to you before you confirm.

5. Withdrawals are not instant

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid manually. They are not automatic and they are not immediate.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and a fee is deducted from the amount requested.

6. Blockchain transactions are irreversible

Deposits must be made in USDT on a supported network and for the exact amount quoted. Sending a different token, using an unsupported network, or sending an incorrect amount may result in the permanent loss of those funds.

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else once broadcast.

7. Referral earnings are not a salary

Amounts earned through the referral network depend entirely on the activity of the members beneath you and on the desk making a profit. They are variable, are not guaranteed, and may be nil.

8. We are not regulated as a financial institution

Q9BOT is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment fund, or licensed investment manager, and does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Nothing here is a recommendation to take part. You are responsible for determining whether taking part is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances, and for any tax you owe.

9. Past figures are not a forecast

Any figures shown on this website or in your account describe what has already happened. They are not a projection and do not indicate what future cycles will produce.
