These Terms govern your use of this website and the Q9BOT Hub. By opening an account or funding a contract you agree to them, together with our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
If you do not accept them, do not open an account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that using the Hub is lawful where you live. If it is not, you must not use it.
An account may only be opened with a valid referral code from an existing member.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.
Your email address is the anchor for account recovery and cannot be changed by you. Contact support to change it.
You must give accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.
Contracts are funded in USDT on a supported network, for the exact amount quoted to you.
Funds sent to us are held by Q9BOT and pooled for trading. They are not segregated client assets, are not held on trust for you individually, and are not protected by any insurance or compensation scheme.
Deposits sent in the wrong asset, on an unsupported network, or for an incorrect amount may be permanently lost and we accept no liability for them.
A contract runs for the term you select and begins earning on the next cycle after it is confirmed.
Capital is committed for the full term and returned at maturity.
You may terminate a contract early, in which case capital is returned less the penalty in force at that time, which is displayed before you confirm.
Distributions are made once per day, per cycle, and depend entirely on the trading result for that day.
The rate applied to a cycle is set by us, is subject to the ceiling attached to your contract term, and may be zero. No rate is promised in advance.
If there is no profit on a given day, no distribution is made to anyone.
Compensation parameters — rates, ceilings, referral levels, fees, minimums and penalties — may be changed by us. Changes apply to future cycles only and do not alter distributions already made.
Withdrawals are requested from your account and are reviewed before being paid manually to the payout wallet you have set.
A minimum amount applies and a fee is deducted. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout address you provide; funds sent to an address you supplied incorrectly cannot be recovered.
We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, or where we are required to do so.
Members may introduce others using their referral code and earn from the resulting network.
Referral earnings depend on the desk making a profit and on the activity of those members. They are variable and are not guaranteed.
Creating fake accounts, or misrepresenting the Hub in order to recruit, is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of referral earnings and closure of the account.
You must not use the Hub for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; interfere with its operation; or make claims about guaranteed returns to anyone, in any medium, on our behalf.
Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
The Hub is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q9BOT is not liable for trading losses, loss of profit or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the Hub.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
We may suspend or close an account, and withhold distributions, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Where we close an account without cause, capital held in contracts is returned according to their terms.
We may amend these Terms. The current version is always published here with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the Hub after a change means you accept the amended Terms.
